Some years ago, ElCom introduced the Sunshine Regulation. This is a supplementary regulation to the Cost Plus Regulation.
As part of the Sunshine Regulation, indicators are calculated for all Swiss network operators in the areas of supply security and quality, network costs, tariffs and compliance. The indicator values are sent to the individual network operators on an annual basis. The plan is to publish these results once a legal basis has been established.
Under “Documentation” you will find additional information on the classification into groups (for the purpose of comparison), the calculation of indicator values and the current status of the Sunshine Regulation. Medians and averages over time are also shown.
